Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said its seeking invitation for submission of proposal to provide independent research reports on small capitalised firms of $50 million and below listed on its Bourse to attract investors’ interest.

This is contained in a Statement posted on the website of the NSE.

The NSE in a statement posted on its website said this is in its bid to enhance investor interest in less visible companies and attract trading volumes on their stock.

‘’The Management of The NSE is hereby requesting proposals for the provision of Independent research reports,’’ the statement said.?

According to the Nigeria’s Exchange, it’s introducing the second phase of the independent company research reports on less visible companies to enhance investor interest in these companies and attract trading volumes on their stock.

‘’The Management of The NSE is hereby requesting proposals for the provision of independent company research reports on small cap companies (companies with market capitalization of $50,000,000.00 (Fifty Million United States Dollars) and below,’’ the NSE affirmed.
