Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (nahco aviance) Thursday announced that Sycor Private Investment Limited, being holder of 8.7% shareholder in NAHCO, nominated Mr. Ahmed Uwais as their representative on the board.

NAHCO in the announcement made to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said this is coming on the heels of the exit of British Airways Plc from its board.

According to NAHCO, the board had agreed at their meeting of 24th May, 2013 to present Mr. Uwais to the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for election.
