Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Conoil Plc  operating in the Petroleum Marketing sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Monday announced the appointment of a new Director to its Board in person of Engr. Babatunde Okuyemi.

This is contained in a notice to the NSE and made available to InvestAdvocate in Lagos Nigeria.

Engr. Okuyemi holds a first degree in Chemical Engineering from the Loughborough University of Technology, Loughborough, England and Diplomas in Petroleum Offshore Drilling and Production from the University of Texas, Austin, USA and in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University of Technology, Loughborough, England.

He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers; Member, Association of Professional Engineers of Canada and Member, Canadian Institute of Mining.

Engr. Okuyemi’s years of professional career has taken him to very many Industries where he has acquired a wealth of Experience. Some of the Organisations in which he has worked are Mobil Producing Nigeria, Lagos; Kellogg-Pullman International Corporation, London; Lever Brothers & Associates, Port Sunlight, Cheshire, UK; Bachelors Limited, Sheffield, England; Toffs Consultancy, Ibadan and Dolyom Associates where he is the Managing Partner.

He  had served as member/Chairman of the Audit Committee of Conoil Plc from 2006 to 2013. He had in these capacities made immense contribution to the growth of the Company.
