Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) Monday announced the appointment of a new Executive Director (ED), Norbert Bielderman with effect from 9th December 2013.

Bielderman, was bsorn on September 2, 1959, in Curacao Netherlands Antilles, he schooled at the University of the Netherlands Antilles where he graduated in 1982.  Bielderman started his work career as a Sales Representative at Taselaar (Curacao) Inc. Ltd between 1980 and 1981, and was a freelance Surveyor at Independent Maritime Bureau Inc. – Ship & Cargo Survey Bureau – 1981 – 1983. In 1990, he became the Managing Director, The Elibank Company Inc. San Juan, Puerto Rico & St. Maarten.

He has also worked in various organisations in different capacities as below:

1988 – 1990 – Commissioner of Wonder Oxygen Inc. Curacao, Netherlands Antilles

1990 – 1993 – Project Manager, CSC/Aerocargo Inc (KLM Cargo Subsidiary)

1993 – 1997 – Senior Cargo project Manager, Cargo Service Center Holding BV (Business Unit KLM Cargo)

1997 – 1998 – General Manager, Zvartnots Cargo Center

1999 – 2000 – Cargo Manager, Swissport International Ltd, Swissport South Africa (Pty)

2000 – 2002 – Vice President Ramp- & Load Control, Swissport, Basel

2002 – 2005 – President & CEO, Aerocharter/Swissport Services SA de CV

2005 – Vice President Operations, Transafrik International Ltd

2006 – 2008 – Self-employed – Coss-ta-less Enterprise cc – Co-Owner

2008 – 2009 – Sr. Logistics Consultant, Thor Shipping Group of Companies 2009 – Present – Co-Owner & Management Trainer, Perscitus Training & Consultancy cc

Until this appointment, Bielderman was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc.
