Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – BOC Gases Nigeria Plc said Johnson A. Idowu, its Managing Director (MD) will retire from the services of the company effective June 2014.

 The company in a notice to Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said Idowu’s decision to retire is informed by the attainment of the mandatory retirement age of 60 years.

 According to BOC Gases, further developments with respect to the scheduled retirement of the company’s Managing Director will be communicated at a later date.
