Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – Conglomerate, Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) Wednesday announced the appointment of Emmanuel Nnorom to its Board following the resignation of Angela Aneke.

This is contained in a notice by Transcorp to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and made available to investAdvocate in Lagos Nigeria.

‘’ Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc (Transcorp) has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation of Ms Angela Aneke from the Board of the Company. The Company also notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Emmanuel Nnorom on the Board of the Transcorp’’ the company said.

Transcorp says the appointment of Nnorom to its Board took effect on December 16, 2013.
