Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Afromedia Plc Monday said it has appointed a new Chairman in the person of Engr. Patrick Osita Nwabunie,  a Non-Executive Director of the company to act.

This is coming on the heels of the resignation of Dr. Onaolapo Olusegun Soleye as Chairman of the company by virtue of his letter dated November 19, 2013, which became effective on Tuesday, December 24, 2013.

According to Afromedia, Soleye’s resignation was accepted after a resolution by the board of the company.
