Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Wema Bank Plc Wednesday announced the resignation of Opeyemi Olusola Bademosi as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank with effect from Tuesday December 31, 2013.

According to the Bank, Bademosi was appointed to its Board in May 2009 as a Non-Executive Director representing the interest of SW8 Investment Limited and has served four and half years.
