NOTIFICATION OF NEW RULES OF THE NIGERIAN STOCK EXCHANGE
Please be advised that The Exchange has received the Securities and Exchange Commission’s approval to the following Rules:
- Rules and Regulations Governing Dealing Members (Amendments to existing rules as well as new rule provisions) (effective: 22 November 2013);
- Rules for Registration as a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange; ?(effective: 22 November 2013)
and - Rules Governing the use of the Issuers’ Portal? (effective: 16 January 2014).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the aforementioned Rules have come into force with effect from the date set forth beside each of the Rules above. The Rules may be viewed on the website of The Exchange through the links provided.
