Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The board of directors of Zenith Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that it will hold its meeting on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 to deliberate on the 2013 dividend payment to shareholders of the bank.

According to the bank, if the proposed dividend is recommended, it will seek shareholders approval at its next annual general meeting (AGM).

Similarly, the board will also deliberate on the audited account of the Bank for the year ended December 31, 2013.
