Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Chellarams Plc Thursday announced the resignation of Suhas S. Kulkarni from its Board.

According to a notice from the company to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE), the resignation was unanimously approved by the Board of the company at its meeting on 23rd January, 2014.
