Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The board of directors of Okomu Oil Plc has said it will meet on Wednesday, March 12, 2014to consider amongst other things, an increase in share capital,the draft audited accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013 and to recommend the payment of dividend in the review period.
