Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Financial services firm, Custody and Allied Plc Thursday announced that resignation of Margaret Giwa from its board.

This is coming on the heels of a meeting of the board of directors (BODs) of the company on March 27, 2014 where they approved the resignation of Giwa.

Her resignation took effect from December 27, 2013.
