Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Tripple Gee & Company Plc listed on the computer and office equipment sector of the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) Tuesday said it has appointed Omotola Akinwole Osunkiyesi as its new managing director/chief executive officer (MD/CEO).

The largest and preferred security printer in Nigeria and West Africa said in a notice to the NSE that with Osunkiyesi’s appointment, Gbadebo Ganiyu Giwa steps down as the company’s helmsman, ‘’a position which he occupied for several years, but he retains his seat on the board of the company as a non-executive Director,’’ Tripple Gee affirmed.

The company said the appointment of Osunkiyesi took effect from May 02, 2014.
