Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Vono Products Plc Wednesday announced it has appointed Charles Koko Orikaye, as a non-executive director of the company.

In a statement to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) Vono said Orikaye is a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, Associate Member and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS).

Also, he holds a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance (MBF) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Amongst several seniour executive positions in the banking industry, Orikaye held the position of executive director (corporate banking) of FBN (Merchant Bankers) Limited from where he retired into private business in 2003.
