Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurance firm, Oasis Insurance Plc Monday announced a take-over bid of I, 872,911,465 ordinary shares of 50k each in the company by FBN Life Limited.

The company in a notice to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) said qualification date is June 20, 2014, while offer opens June 23, 2014 and closes July 14, 2014.
