Diamond Bank Announces 50.4 Billion Naira Rights Issue

Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Diamond Bank Plc Friday announced a rights issue of N50. 4 billion.

The Nigerian mid-tier lender said it has submitted application for a rights issue of 8,685,145,863 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N5.80 per share.

The Bank said the qualification date for the rights exercise is June 13, 2014.
