Champion Breweries to Raise N11.65 Billion Via Rights Issue

Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Brewers Champion Breweries Plc has said it is set to raise N11.65 billion via a rights issue.

The company in a notice to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) said it will issue
6,300,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each at N1.85 per share;

The beer maker said : qualification date is Wednesday, May 07, 2014 and the offer opens Monday August 04, 2014 and closes Wednesday September 10, 2014.
