Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Oil marketing firm, Conoil Plc on Wednesday said it has appointed Charles Uwaechie as executive director (ED) of the company.

The company in a letter to the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) with reference number CSLA/CON/14/137 and signed by Evi Obieroma, company secretary/legal adviser said the appointment is coming on the heels of the meeting the board of directors of the firm held on Monday August 04, 2104.

Conoil said Uwaechie’s appointment is with immediate effect.
