Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, UnityKapital Assurance Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that it has scheduled an emergency board meeting for Monday September 22, 2014 in Abuja Nigeria.

The insurer in a letter to the NSE dated September 17, 2014 and signed by Halima J. Wushishi, company secretary/legal adviser said the meeting would hold long with the company’s audit committee and external auditor to consider and approve the it’s 2013 audited accounts, among other things.
