The management of Proshare NG, the operator of TheAnalyst and WebTV Platforms, has officially launched the upgraded version of the TheAnalyst Investment Site which was initially launched in August 2013.
The upgrade investment site, coming almost a year after the initial launch, is prepared to disseminate real time Live Feeds from the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
The platform, thus, has the following features on a real time basis:
Bid & Offer Prices which is available on all Quoted Companies’ dedicated Investor Relation page(s) as well as the dedicated Live Data Page
Real-time stock quotes, customized intra-day and historical stock charts with many useful technical indicators;
Real Time Gainers and Losers list of stocks with percentage increased or decreased in price in relation to current trading session. Providing current market price of all stocks with change in their prices.
Top 10 Turnover which provides a list of stocks which have performed in the current market session with high Traded Value & Volumes thus giving you a list of most active stocks in a particular NSE Sector Index. This list gives you Current Market Price of the stocks, High & Low price levels for current market session, % Change in the price as compared to previous close, Traded Value and Traded Volume in that stock for the current market session; and
Scrolling Tickers of all stocks based on Live Prices.
The upgraded Analyst 2.0 embraces simplicity and flexibility as it allows its users the opportunity to customise their home page by creating a personalised dashboard known as My Market Placewith their preferred widgets which are in categories.
In an interview session with one of the Certified broker in the Nigerian capital Market, Charles Fakrogba, he posits that with TheAnalyst, Stockbroking firms no longer need a fully staged research department as everything they need to function as a department is available on TheAnalyst platform.
