Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Nigerian lender, Diamond Bank Plc on Thursday announced the resignation of Ngozi Edozien and Allan Christopher Michael as non-executive directors of the bank.

Diamond Bank in an issuers announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said its board of directors at its meeting held August 20, 2014 accepted the resignation of the two (2) directors.
