Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, Law Union & Rock Insurance Plc on Thursday announced it has appointed Olusola Olasupo Fowora, as finance controller/chief finance officer (CFO) of the firm with effect from September 30, 2014.

Law Union & Rock in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said the decision came after a board meeting it held Tuesday September 30, 2014

In the same vein, the board of the insurance company considered and accepted the resignation of Ajibola Fadeyi, the former finance controller/chief finance officer with effect from September 22, 2014.
