Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Nigeria’s lender, Skye Bank Plc on Thursday said Michael Tarfa has retired from the bank as non-executive director with effect from October 02, 2014.

The lender said Tarfa retired from its board following his completion of the maximum 12 years in line with the code of corporate governance 2014 of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

Skye Bank said until his retirement from the board, Tarfa was the chairman of the board credit committee and member of the board finance & general purposes, human resources and governance as well as nominations committee.
