Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Beverage maker, Cadbury Nigeria Plc said on Friday that Ruslan Kinebas has resigned from the board of the company as non-executive director.
The company in an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said Kinebas resignation will take effect from December 01, 2014.
‘’The resignation which will take effect from 31 December 2014 was duly noted by the board of directors at its meeting of October 21, 2014,’’ the beverage maker added.
