Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Leading automobile firm, Scoa Plc on Tuesday signed an assembly plant agreement with global international suppliers of commercial vehicles and transport solutions, MAN of Germany.

The company in a letter dated November 27, 2014 to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and signed by M.A Adeyemi, company secretary said in November, 2011, it announced its appointment by MAN of Germany the sole distributor of its trucks and buses in Nigeria.

Scoa said this is coming on the heels of the laudable achievement of its appointment as MAN of Germany sole distributor in the country and in consolidating its relationship with the company.

The nation’s leading automobile company said the deal is also in support of the new Federal Government Automotive Policy, and the Assembly Plant is being constructed within its Complex.
