Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, UnityKapital Assurance Plc on Thursday said Bamidele Adeleke has resigned from the board of the company as non-executive director, UnityKapital said in an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

“Adeleke has tendered his resignation from the board of the company effective 12th November 2014,” the company affirmed.
