Lagos INVESTADVOCATE)-Beer maker, Champion Breweries Plc on Wednesday listed N3.15 billion worth of shares on the Nigerian bourse.

Supplementary listings information from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), said the brewer listed a total of 6,300,000,000 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each.

“This arose as a result of the recently concluded rights issue which closed on September 10, 2014, thus increasing the issued quantity of the company’s share to 7, 200, 000,000,” the NSE said.

Similarly, total amounts of N 7,500,000,000.00; N18, 000,000,000.00; and N28, 000,000,000.00 were added to the following bonds 13.05 percent FGN AUG 2016, 14.20 percent FGN MAR 2024, and 12.1493 percent FGN JUL 2034 respectively on December 23, 2014.
