Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, International Energy Insurance Plc (IEI) said on Friday it has fired two (2) of its directors, the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

According to the insurer, Callistus Udalor and Tosayee Ogbomo were removed as directors of the company following a resolution of the board of directors passed at its meeting held on 15 September 2014.

IEI said the decision will be ratified at its next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
