Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) – Smart card solutions providers, Chams Plc said on Friday it has appointed Olufemi Williams as new managing director (MD) of the company following the retirement of demola Aladekomo, its founding CEO, the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
According to Chams, Aladekomo’s retirement will take effect from September 18, 2015 after 30 years of service.
The company says Williams is currently the deputy managing director and has been in this capacity from 1990 to date.
Other appointments are that of Lukman Balogun as new deputy managing director, he is currently the MD of CardCentre Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Chams Plc, the company added.
Christiana Mayowa Olaniyan has been appointed the chief financial officer of the smart card solutions provider.
