Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Paint maker, Berger Paints Nigeria Plc said on Friday Tor Nygard, its managing director (MD) has exited the company with effect from February 01, 2015.

The paint maker said Nygard’s disengagement is as a result of tenure expiration which ended January 31, 2015.

Jatin Madan, the company’s chief operating officer (C00) will oversee its affairs pending the appointment of a new MD, the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
