Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Friday said it plans to issue new treasury bills worth N995.5 billion ($5 billion) in the second quarter (Q2) 2015 as from March 19.
The central bank in its debt issuance calendar for the period says it will issue a total of N202.25 billion of the 3-month maturities during the period, a total of N236.81 billion worth of the 6-month tenour and a total of N556.46 billion worth of the 1-year paper will be sold during the period.
According to the CBN, a total of N945.5 billion worth of T-bills issued earlier will be due for repayment during the same period.
