Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-The Securities & Exchange Commission on Tuesday March 10, 2015 suspended International Standards Securities Ltd, its Directors and Sponsored Individuals from all capital market activities, the commission said ina notice on its official website.

According to SEC, the company is being suspended for its non-compliance with SEC Rules/Regulations and deficiencies observed in its operations during a target inspection carried out on it recently.

“The suspension is indefinite and shall remain in force pending the resolution of the matter against the Operator,” SEC affirmed.
