Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) –Beer maker, Champions Breweries Plc said on Monday it recorded a N9.2 Million profit after tax (PAT) in its first quarter (Q1) report for the period ended March 31, 2015 compared to a loss of N391.50 million recorded a year earlier.

Similarly, the brewer reported a profit before tax (PBT) of N13.4 Million from a negative of N391.50 Million declared in the Q1 of 2014.

However, turnover grew by 41.01 percent to N245.6 Million from N174.2 Million declared the same period of last year, Champion Breweries said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
