Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Nigeria’s top tier lender, Zenith Bank Plc on Friday announced the retirement of Haruna Usman Sanusi and  Chinyere Asika as non-executive directors of the bank.

The bank in an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said the board approved the retirement at its meeting of April 29,  2015 and the effective date of the retirement was 26 March 2015.
