Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Oando Energy Resources Inc. (OER) said on Monday it has elected seven (7) new directors.

The company in a statement said all of the nominee directors listed in the management’s information circular dated May 6, 2015, were elected as directors.

“The vote was conducted by ballot at the company’s annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2015,” OER added.

The directors are Jubril Adewale Tinubu, Omomafe Boyo, Bill Watson, John Orange, Phillipw Laborde, Ron Royal and Olapade Durotoye.
