Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Oil marketer, Conoil Plc announced on Monday the resignation of Sanjev Sisaudia as its managing director (MD) with effect from August 28, 2015.

Conoil said Charles Uwaechie, a director of the company will be acting as the MD pending the appointment of a substantive CEO by the board, the oil marketer said in issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
