Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- The Nigeria’s Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) said on Friday it has lifted the suspension slammed on Shalom Investment and Financial Services Ltd and its sponsored individuals.
SEC in a statement on its official website said sequel to the satisfactory resolution of all complaints; management on September 23, 2015 approved the lifting of suspension placed on Shalom Investment and Financial Services Ltd and its sponsored individuals.
The Commission on May 20, 2015 placed the company on suspension from all capital market activities as a result of its refusal/failure to comply with the commission’s directive to purchase completely client’s shares paid for since 2008, resolve the other complaints against it and pay the penalty imposed by the commission.
