Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Manufacturer of foam furniture and furnishings, Vitafoam Nigeria Plc on Thursday proposed a dividend of N245.7 million in its audited year ended September 30, 2015, according to its corporate action filed with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
This amount represents 25 kobo per share in the review period, “the dividend is subject to Shareholders’ approval and withholding tax,” Vitafoam said.
According to the bedding company, the Register of Member and Transfer Book of Vitafoam will be closed from Monday 15th to Friday 19th February, 2016.
Annual General Meeting (AGM) will come up on Wednesday March 2, 2016 at the Lagos Sheraton Hotel,Ikeja.
