Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE) –Nigeria’s mid-tier lender, Wema Bank Plc has announced the resignation of Babatunde Kasali as a non-executive director of the Bank effective November 12, 2015.
The lender in an issuer’s announcement on Friday with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE)
Said Kasali was appointed on the board of the Bank in January 2015 as a non-executive director representing the interest of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and served meritoriously before his resignation following AMCOM’s divestment from the Bank.
