Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Diamond Bank Plc said on Tuesday that Ifueko Omoigui Okauru, an Independent Director, has resigned her appointment from the Board of the Bank, effective October 18, 2015, the lender said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Shares of Diamond Bank at the close of trading on the Nigerian bourse declined 0.58 percent to N1.71 per share from N1.71 per share recorded the previous session.
