Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Brewer, Nigerian Breweries Plc said it will hold a board meeting on Wednesday February 10, 2016 to declare dividend for shareholders of the company, the beer maker said in an issuer’s announcement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday.

The company added that it will consider among other items the audited financial statement for the year ended December 31, 2015.

Shares of brewer at the close of Friday’s trading on the Nigerian bourse increased one (1) percent to N96.05 per share from N95.10 traded the previous session.
