Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Insurer, UnityKapital Assurance Plc announced on Thursday it has appointed Aisha A. Abraham as the new chairman of its board.
The insurer said the decision came at the end of its 151st board of directors meeting held February 16, 2016.
She was appointed as non-executive director on the board of UnityKapital Assurance Plc on July 24, 2014 and currently the executive director, Secretariat Services of Unity Bank Plc, the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
