Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Cement producer, Ashaka Cement Plc has announced the appointment of a Nigerian managing director (MD), Rabiu Abdullahi Umar to replace Polish Leonard Palka, the company said in an issuer’s announcement last Friday to the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
ASHAKACEM said the decision is coming on the heels of the resignation of Palka effective April 13, 2o16; while Umar assumes office same day.
