Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Market leader in aluminum sheets in Nigeria, First Aluminium Nigeria Plc on Tuesday said it has appointed Callistus Udalor as executive director of the company with responsibility for Strategy, Business Development and Administration.

“The appointment was approved by the board of directors at the board meeting of the company held on January 27, 2016,” the company said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

First Aluminium said Udalor joined the board of directors of company on November 23, 2015. “Udalor who has degrees in Political Science (1987) and Law (1997), brings to his new position several years of working experience in legal practice, management, and consultancy. Until his new appointment he was principal consultant with Vine Capital Partners Limited,” the company affirmed.
