Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Cement producer, Lafarge Africa Plc said on Thursday it has appointed Michel  Puchercos  as a director and the new  group managing director/CEO  effective April 1, 2016.

“We wish to formally notify that the board of Lafarge Africa Plc at its meeting held on Wednesday March 16, 2016 accepted the resignation of Peter  Hoddinott from the board effective March 31, 2016 while Michel  Puchercos  was appointed as a director and the new  group managing director/CEO  effective April 1, 2016,” Lafarge Africa said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
