Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Ashaka Cement Plc announced on Friday it has apppionted Zainab Silas Umaru as its new Company Secretary following the resignation of Bello Aminu Abdullahi.

The cement producer in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said Abdullahi’s resignation is effective March 31, 2016; while Umaru’s appointment is effective April 1, 2016.
