Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Pan-African lender, Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) on Friday notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) of its commencement of the process of transferring its Register of Members from its current Registrars (EDC Registrars Limited) to the newly appointed Registrar – GTL Registrars Limited.

“The transfer is expected to be completed by Thursday, March 31, 2016,” the pan-African lender said.

Shares of the Bank at the close of the week’s trading on the Nigerian bourse declined 20.28 percent to N14.35 from N18.00 traded the previous week; losing N3.65 per share.
