Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Nigerian glass maker, Beta Glass Plc announced Monday it has appointed three (3) new directors to its board with effect from March 17, 2016.
Those appointed include Olaolu Akerele, Nikolaos Mamoulis and Darren Bennett-Voci.
“Mr.George Papachristou resigned as managing director and Darren Bennett-Voci was appointed the managing director with effect fromApril1, 2016,” Beta Glass said in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
According to the glassmaker, Papachristou shall remain on the board of the company as non-executive director.
