Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Oil marketing firm, Oando Plc on Monday said it has appointed Ikeme Osakwe and Ademola Akinrele as non-executive directors of the company.

Oando said pursuant to article 88 of the company’s articles of association the board of directors appointed Osakwe and Akinrele as non-EDs of the company effective July 8, 2016, the oil marketer said in an issuer’s announcement with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
